Dean Estate Agents are what we call ‘A proper family business’ owned and operated by Allan and Sarah Wasley. Allan is a well-known local Estate Agent, who has served the region for many, many years with vast property experience and comprehensive industry knowledge. Allan commenced his property career at The Land Registry back in the mid 80’s and his Estate Agency work commenced in 1990, his first managerial role being for Halifax Property Services in Coleford, one of the youngest Managers at The Halifax Estate Agency.

Allan has built a strong foundation of honesty and integrity, with the invaluable support of his wife Sarah who plays an active role in the business together with Jack & Isabelle. In Fact, Sarah has been involved with Estate Agency since 1992 when Allan & Sarah married.

Our colleagues are trusted, hard working local folk. Some of which we have known for years and years. Owners of business might think they can do it all themselves, but we/they can’t and we rely upon our colleagues to step up and enjoy their work.

In 2023, Dean Estate Agents opened there latest office to create a stronger and more comprehensive estate agency service in the region. The third office embraces the expertise, resources and networks of our agencies to better serve our valued clients and the local community.

The decision to open in Lydney was driven by a shared vision to enhance the quality of service and expand the range of offerings available to our clients. By combining our strengths throughout our business, we will continue to provide a seamless and efficient experience for those looking to buy, sell, or rent properties in the Forest of Dean.

Lettings Manager for the whole area we operate in. Jenna heads up our Residential & Commercial Lettings Dpt with her colleagues with a whole wealth of experience in the Lettings world. With a keen eye on efficiency and putting in the extra mile, Jenna looks after our clients with the very best service levels you would expect from an efficient business. Jenna keeps our Landlords in touch with all of the latest and ever changing legislation matters in order to maintain an acceptable tenancy.

Lettings Accounts Manager

Isabelle (Izzy) takes care of our Landlord and Tenant payments, ensuring rent is paid on time. Izzy also looks after our trades and their invoices. Statements, invoices and end of month client accounts are all in hand with Isabelle with methodical, accurate accounting.
